1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dcc6 platform, accessible at dcc6.bet, and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and payment functions offered by dcc6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "dcc6"). By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms should be read alongside the dcc6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

Access to the dcc6 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which you maintain an active account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. dcc6 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts CNIC-based age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the source payment method, subject to verification.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on dcc6 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether through dcc6's own tools or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme recognised by dcc6.
5. Not Employed by dcc6: Employees, contractors, and close relatives of dcc6 personnel are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access real-money features on dcc6, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

dcc6 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back;
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered in your name);
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable period — typically 14 days of the request — may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved. dcc6 processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify dcc6 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dcc6 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to protect their account login information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dcc6 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, or Retail Cash Deposit (OTC), subject to availability.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the dcc6 cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• dcc6 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the dcc6 account.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be requested against a bonus-linked balance.
• dcc6 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within a few business hours of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
• dcc6 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts that are unusually large relative to the account's typical activity.
• Player funds are held in accounts segregated from dcc6's operational funds, in accordance with the requirements of our international gaming licence.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

dcc6 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated on each promotion's detail page.
3. Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, specific table games, and some slot titles — may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. This is specified in the promotion terms.
4. Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
5. dcc6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to affected players via email where reasonably practicable.
6. Suspicious wagering patterns — including placing low-risk, high-coverage bets to fulfil wagering requirements — constitute abuse of bonuses and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Sports Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on dcc6 are subject to the following rules:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a wager. The odds at the time of bet placement and acceptance are the odds that apply to that bet.
• dcc6 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a system or pricing error resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the available market being open and the bet being confirmed by the Platform. dcc6 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with official match results as recognised by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches are handled according to the rules displayed on the specific market.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on dcc6 use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, operate with human dealers in a regulated studio environment.
• Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnection during a hand, spin, or round — dcc6 will void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Winnings accrued during a demonstrable malfunction are not paid.

7. Responsible Gaming

dcc6 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The following tools are available to every registered dcc6 account holder:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits, applied immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration notifications and enforced time-outs.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount a player may lose over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period. A player who self-excludes and subsequently attempts to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account is in breach of these Terms.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying time elapsed and net session results.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on dcc6 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund an account;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer games;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the dcc6 software or platform architecture;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dcc6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the dcc6 platform — including but not limited to the dcc6 name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dcc6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without express written permission;
• Using the dcc6 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without authorisation;
• Framing or deep-linking to any page of dcc6.bet on any third-party website or application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dcc6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagering decisions made by you, whether informed by dcc6's statistics, odds displays, or third-party information;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption;
• Platform unavailability or downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.

dcc6's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dcc6's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

dcc6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• Conduct that dcc6 reasonably believes poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to the Platform;
• Voluntary closure requested by the player.

Upon termination, any verified balance of real-money funds that the player is entitled to — after deduction of any applicable bonuses, disputed amounts, or fraud-related withholdings — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dcc6 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact dcc6 support at [email protected] and allow dcc6 a period of 30 calendar days to resolve the matter informally. dcc6 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all legitimate complaints within this timeframe.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through direct contact, dcc6 may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service recognised by its licensing authority. Details of available dispute resolution services will be provided upon request.

13. Amendments to These Terms

dcc6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — dcc6 will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account and by posting a notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the dcc6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must notify dcc6 and cease using the Platform before the effective date. The current version of the Terms is always available at dcc6.bet/terms-conditions.
